Ø Dates and Seating availability may change
Ø Groups within the onsite workshop will be filled up with individual bookings, if less than 6 in a group. unless special agreements have been arranged.
Ø Only paying customers are allowed to attend a workshop. Paying Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Ø Customised dates are available for Groups of 4 - 6 persons or For External workshops of 7 or more participants.
Ø Afternoon/ Morning tea is only provided for inhouse workshops, not EXTERNAL
Ø EXTERNAL workshops will include a one-way travel cost of $1.00 per kilometre from Williamstown to the chosen location.
Depending on the type of group ' aged care" Barossa Craft Workshop may omit this travel cost at their own discretion.
Ø All fees include 10% GST
Ø 30 % non-refundable deposit is required at the receipt of invoice to secure the booking. A full deposit must be made before the booking is secured.
This includes Group bookings.
Ø Full balance of booking must be paid no less than 24 hours before the booked Workshop and Cancellations will not be refunded after this time.
Ø If a Workshop is cancelled BY 'Barossa Craft Workshop', A full refund will be imbursed
Ø Barossa Craft Workshop and its Employees will not be responsible for any injuries incurred by participants,
and by continuing with this booking, you acknowledge and waiver all rights to legal action. This includes External workshops.
Ø Closed shoes are required. All other Safety Equipment will be available for use.
Ø Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift vouchers have an expiry date of 3 years from the date of purchase.
Ø Gift Vouchers have a unique number for use when booking, you must enter this number when booking.
Ø Promo codes receive a percentage off of the balance, this does not come off of the non refundable deposit .
